Cove Creek Fire Department has a top notch First Responder Group. We have many State Certified EMT-Basic members. We respond to medical calls as primary care until the Watauga Medics arrive to provide Advanced Life Support. The First Responders respond to both medical calls, as well as rescues and automobile accidents.
